GP Recyko E821

The E821 is an economical battery charger that can charge a 2100mAh AA or 850mAh AAA battery in approximately 6 to 3 hours respectively. The LED indicators that show the charging status and whether a disposable or bad battery has been inserted into the charger. Another safety feature is the safety timer that switches off the charger when the batteries are fully charged. This prevents overcharging, overcurrent and short circuits, and improves battery life. Equipped with a USB port which is recognised as the safest power supply port for consumer electronic goods.

Charging time (2/4/6/8 batteries at input DC 5V/2A*):

• AA battery 1300-2100mAh 4-12 h
• AAA battery 650-950mAh 2-4,5 h 

4pcs LED diodes:

• Green LED lights up for 0.5 seconds when charger is energised
• During battery test green LED lights up steadily for 30 seconds if battery does not need charging. Green LED flashes for 30 seconds if the battery needs charging. Use channel 1 when testing.
• Green LED flashes slowly when charging
• Green LED steady when batteries are fully charged
• Green LED flashes quickly if bad or disposable batteries inserted

*Charging time depends on the USB adapter with 5V/2A & 5V/1A DC output and varies depending on the battery capacity. Approximate charge time is based on the same battery size and capacity  and capacity at an ambient temperature of 20°C.
