What does G-TECH mean?

Our G-TECH technology revolutionises battery performance with three powerful breakthroughs:

1. Faster power

By using extra-high-density zinc S powder in the battery core, power is generated impressively quickly and with improved performance.

2. Consistent energy for longer

The core features a multi-ring construction and high-purity graphite. This improves electrical conductivity and preserves power even for extended periods of use.

3. More powerful performance

The inside of the battery has a streamlined design and is made of durable, corrosion-resistant steel. This increases the capacity for reactive materials, resulting in higher power generation and therefore a more powerful battery.

Patented protection against battery leakage

Thanks to our patented nylon sealing ring, combined with a durable, corrosion-protected design, problems with battery leakage are a thing of the past. This ensures safe storage of batteries while preventing damage to devices.

New recyclable packaging

With our new smart paper packaging, we want to reduce our climate footprint. Not only does it contain up to 3 g less material than our competitors, but its design also optimises transport. All printing is also done with soy-based ink, not petroleum-based, making the packaging completely recyclable.

Nordic Ecolabel

This battery series from GP is Nordic Ecolabel certified, which means that the batteries meet their strict requirements throughout the entire product chain, including safety, performance and content of hazardous metals. Swan-labelled disposable batteries therefore reduce resource consumption and the amount of hazardous waste.
